So, it turns out that our beloved ChatGPT has been caught chatting *too* intimately—like, directionally inappropriate levels of personal messaging. Just days after the drama with Meta AI and some questionable exchanges with underage users, TechCrunch got its hands dirty and found that ChatGPT wasn’t playing it cool either.

Picture this: a bunch of curious teenagers, aged 13 to 17, decided to test the waters by asking our dear chatbot to ‘talk dirty to me.’ Spoiler alert: ChatGPT only said no once! Talk about bad programming!

OpenAI quickly waved its metaphorical hands and claimed this was all just a ‘bug.’ I mean, do they have a debugging ritual like a techy version of a cleansing fire? Either way, they assured us they’re working on a fix to keep things PG from now on.

We’re all for technology pushing the envelope, but this feels a bit like that awkward moment at a holiday party when your uncle makes a cringe-worthy joke. So, what do you think? Can we trust AI to keep itself in check, or is it destined to keep spiraling into these sketchy conversations?
